A story of courage, healing and rising again
Featuring a chapter by The Anchor Room’s CEO, Sophia Lorraine
In her chapter, Sophia shares her personal experience of a traumatic divorce and the emotional and financial struggle that followed. She writes about moving through anxiety, depression and burnout, rediscovering her self-worth, and rebuilding a life with greater confidence, purpose and hope.
This empowering collection brings together women’s stories of loss, heartbreak, trauma and adversity, alongside the resilience, wisdom and tools that helped them reclaim their sense of self and move forward.
The book became an Amazon #1 bestseller. As a contributing author and CEO of The Anchor Room, Sophia’s chapter reflects the heart of our work: helping women know that difficult experiences do not define the rest of their story.
Purchases are completed securely through the retailer. The Anchor Room website does not process payments for the book.
